Visits often include taking physical measurements such as height, weight and head circumstance, as well as a patient
history, sensory screenings, behavioral assessments, and planned
procedures (immunizations, screenings and other tests). Following is a list of recommended visits for your child:
Newborn to 3 years
3 to 5 days
1 month
2 months
4 months
6 months
9 months
12 months
15 months
18 months
24 months
30 months
3 years
3 years and up
And once every year thereafter for an annual well visit that includes a physical exam as well as a
developmental, behavioral, and learning assessments.
