This Privacy Policy applies to this website (cypresspediatrics.com) operated by Cypress Pediatrics ("we", "us", "our"). It explains what information our website collects when you visit, who else may receive that information, and the choices you have.

Information This Website Collects

We do not run any analytics, advertising, retargeting, or session-replay tools on this site. We do not have contact forms that submit data to us. The only data your visit generates is the standard information any web browser sends to any web server, plus a small amount of information stored only in your own browser.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may keep brief access logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp) for the purpose of operating and securing the website. These logs are not used for advertising and are not sold.

Browser storage on your device

We use your browser to remember your preferred language (English or Spanish). This setting never leaves your device. We do not set any tracking cookies of our own.

Chat Widget

Our website uses a chat widget operated by Teddy Chat as a service provider to our clinic so families can ask general questions and reach our team. The widget does not use cookies, browser storage, fingerprinting, or third party advertising or analytics.

If you send a message through chat, it is sent to Teddy Chat so the service can respond. Please do not send protected health information, urgent medical concerns, or emergency information through chat. For medical questions, call our office or use the patient portal.

Google Maps

Our contact section embeds a Google Map to show our office location. When the map loads, Google receives standard request information.

Asset hosting

Images and logos on this website are served from an Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 bucket. AWS may keep access logs for service operation and security.

Links to other services

Our website contains links to services operated by other companies. Following these links takes you to those companies' sites, which have their own privacy policies:
